Leading The DRIPBaR
Ben Crosbie is the Chief Executive Officer of The DRIPBaR, a national IV therapy and wellness franchise built around cellular health. The brand's clinics offer IV vitamin drips, IM shots and related therapies in a clean, modern lounge setting, with memberships and mobile services extending care beyond the storefront.
He joined the company in 2019 as Chief Development Officer, when the system was still finding its footing, and built the development engine that carried it into a multi-state network. In January 2022 he took over as CEO. The brand now operates 136 clinics across North America.
Under his leadership the brand has pushed further into clinical credibility — including a partnership with global wellness group REVIV — while holding onto what made it work in the first place: an operating model a semi-absentee owner can actually run.
Before this
Building Tapout Fitness from a name into a system
In January 2014, Ben secured the global rights to the TapouT brand. He had seen something most people in fitness had not yet priced in: that martial-arts-infused training — discipline, determination and respect, married to high-intensity conditioning — had room to become a category rather than a niche.
Over the next five years he developed and grew the company through more than 500 sold franchise locations across 11 countries, holding the roles of CEO, Chief Development Officer and Vice Chairman. He brought in the operational team to carry the next phase of growth, and exited in January 2019.
The lesson he carried forward was not about fitness. It was that a brand name gets you the first meeting, and an operating system gets you the next four hundred.

Ben studied at the University of New Hampshire and has spent his career based in the Greater Boston area. He lives in Wrentham, Massachusetts.
He has been an entrepreneur since 2001 — long enough to have built, sold, advised and occasionally rebuilt — and still finds the most interesting part of the work to be the operator in year one who is about to figure it out.
