Chief Executive Officer · The DRIPBaR

Ben Crosbie

Franchise builder. Operator. Brand steward.

I build franchise systems that scale — and the teams that carry them. For twenty-five years that has meant taking a strong concept, giving it an operating model owners can actually run, and holding the standard while it grows.

What I do

Three places my work shows up

Leading a national wellness brand, advising the operators building alongside it, and pushing the IV therapy industry toward standards it can stand behind.

2022 – Present

The DRIPBaR

Chief Executive Officer of a national IV therapy and cellular wellness franchise. I joined in 2019 as Chief Development Officer and stepped into the CEO seat in 2022, leading the brand through its growth to 136 clinics across North America.

2019 – Present

ZOR411

Founder and CEO of a franchise development and sales company. We take a vested approach — love, learn, and live your business — and work with founders to define the goal, the focus, and the plan a franchise actually needs to grow.

Industry leadership

American IV Association

Served on the Leadership Advisory Board, helping build the business resources, legal guidance and professional standards that let IV hydration therapy grow safely and sustainably.

“Go into every month with a Goal, every week with a Focus, and every day with a Plan.”
— Ben Crosbie

How I operate

Ambition is cheap. Cadence is what compounds.

Most franchise systems do not fail on the idea. They fail on the distance between the plan on the wall and what happens in a store on a Tuesday. My job is to close that distance — clear goals at the top, a focus each team can hold for a week, and a plan an owner can execute today.

That has looked like different things at different scales: securing the global rights to a brand and building it to 500 sold locations, or sitting with a single operator working out why their membership numbers are flat. The discipline is the same.
